We provide tracked shipping for orders to Japan.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery

Delivery is normally expected within 5-10 days after dispatch. Weather, customs, carrier conditions and peak periods may affect delivery times.

Shipping fees

All orders shipped to Japan qualify for free shipping. No shipping fee will be charged at checkout.

Tracking

We will email the tracking number as soon as it is issued after dispatch.

Customs and import costs

Displayed prices include consumption tax, customs duties and import-related costs borne by the store. Customers will not be charged customs duties, import consumption tax or customs clearance fees separately.
