These terms govern use of the online store provided by SX Sportswear (the "Store").

Orders

A sales contract is formed when the customer completes the order process and the Store confirms the order. We may contact the customer if order details require clarification.

Product information

We work to display accurate product information, prices, inventory, images and descriptions. Colors and textures may vary slightly from the physical item due to display settings.

Prohibited conduct

• Orders or inquiries using false information
• Resale, fraud, unauthorized access or other improper conduct
• Conduct that infringes the rights of the Store or a third party
• Conduct that violates law or public order
