SX Sportswear is committed to clear and fair after-sales service. This policy applies to orders delivered to Japan and the United States.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is marked as delivered.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, accessories and original packaging intact. A valid order reference is required. Please do not send an item back before receiving our confirmation.

How to request a return

Email support@sxsportswear.cn with your order number, name, reason for return and any necessary photos. We will send return instructions after reviewing the request.

Return shipping

For returns due to size, color preference or another non-defect reason, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For a verified defective, damaged or incorrect item, SX Sportswear will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days; posting time may vary by payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for cross-border orders. You may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order for the preferred style or size after the refund is completed.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made items, used or washed items, items without tags or packaging, and items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.
