Request period

Email support@sxsportswear.cn within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the condition of the item.

Eligible returns or exchanges

• The item has an initial defect
• The item received differs from the order
• The item is unused with all tags and accessories intact

Ineligible returns or exchanges

• More than 7 days have passed since delivery
• The item has been used or washed, or has stains, odors or damage
• Tags, packaging or accessories are missing
• The item is returned without prior contact

Return shipping

For customer-requested returns or exchanges, return shipping is paid by the customer. Confirmed defects or shipping errors will generally be handled by exchange or reshipment.

Refunds

After the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Payment providers normally require 3-10 business days to post the refund.
